About Wishwiff
Wishwiff is a free web app for sending someone a short, animated and interactive celebration on a special day. You make it in about a minute and send the link through WhatsApp or any way you like; the recipient opens it in their phone's browser without installing anything.
Why we made it
Messages sent on special days often get lost among the dozens of others that arrive the same day. We wanted the recipient to stop for a couple of minutes and experience something small: blow out the candles on their own cake, pull the card out of a bouquet, toss a wish into a fountain. The sender's message is read at the end of that moment.
How it works
- You pick the occasion and a template, and adjust options such as colours.
- You write the recipient's name and yours, and add a message if you like. Each occasion has message suggestions.
- You send the link. The recipient goes through a short experience, reads your message at the end and can send back a thank-you emoji.
- A private tracking page shows you whether the celebration was opened and the thank-you.
What's there
Personal days such as birthdays, anniversaries, a new job or a graduation; occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Teachers' Day and national holidays; calming sessions for a few quiet minutes; and fortunes drawn by a rabbit called Lumi. How we treat privacy
- You don't need an account; we don't ask for an email address or phone number.
- Celebrations are permanently deleted after 7 days. The sender can delete them sooner.
- If the microphone is used to blow out candles, the sound is processed only on the device; it isn't recorded or sent to our server.
- Nothing personal is asked of the recipient.

Ads
Ads are shown on some pages to keep Wishwiff free. The celebration itself isn't interrupted by ads: the recipient sees no ads the first time they watch it. You're asked for consent before ad cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time.
